Move of the Week for the week of March 9, 2009

 

As opponent steps in and punches with his left hand, step in and to the right, deflecting his punch with your left and punching to his ribs with your right hand.

Round kick to the nerve above the outside of the knee.

Set your right food down and jump off both feet. Pivot CCW for jump and tuck for kick.

Throw spinning outside crescent kick with your left foot to the head.
LL round kick to the groin. Step down with LH chop to the neck.
RH punch to the ribs. Drive your left shoulder forward into your opponent and you pull his leg up for the takedown. Take care to guard against a knee to your face.
As your opponent falls back. Wrap his LL up in a figure four for pain compliance. LL stomp to the groin if the situation calls for it.
