Opponent grabs your right arm with his left hand. Pull your arm away, loading for a back-knuckle. See note below.

The important part of this technique is the escape from the hold. If you simply try to pull your arm away, it becomes a strength competition (which you may or may not win). Keep in mind that the weakest part of your opponent's grip is his thumb. When escaping from the single arm grab, twist your arm the direction your opponent's thumb is pointing (in this case, counter-clockwise) as you pull back. This twisting motion will allow you to easily escape the hold and finish the technique.
