| Step back with your left leg, bringing your left arm behind your opponent's right arm to rest on his arm just below his right shoulder. | Pivot to your right and press forward and down on your opponent's arm, forcing him to his knees with the arm bar. On some people this will work with contact to his upper arm. For others, you will need to execute a stronger arm bar, pressing just above the elbow joint. |
