| You are being choked from the front by your opponent. | Reach your left arm under your opponent's right arm and your right arm over your opponent's left arm. Grab your left wrist. |

| Crank your arms clockwise, pulling your opponent off balance. | If your opponent tries to maintain his grip, he will be pulled further off balance until his grip is broken. |

| After breaking your opponent's grip, you are in a position to finish with an elbow or any other appropriate technique. |
Remember, this technique is only one of a nearly endless combinations
of various moves which could be employed in this situation. Practice this
for efficiency and effectiveness with a partner. Then experiment with other
techniques to counter the two handed front choke. You probably already
