Move of the Week for the Week of November 9, 1998

Face your opponent in a ready position. As your opponent steps in and punches with the right hand, drop to your right knee and deflect the punch with your left hand.
Right hand punch to the groin. Stand as you deliver a right hand uppercut to the chin.
Grab your opponent behind the neck. Pull his head down as you drive your right knee into his face.
Step down with your right leg between his legs. Grab high on his right arm with your left hand. Fall back and roll to your side, taking your opponent with you. You are pulling back and down with your left and lifting with your right. Continue the fireman's carry takedown.
Release with your right hand as you bring your opponent around. Continue to roll. Control your opponent's right arm with your left and roll into a left elbow strike to the groin.

Practice the takedown slowly to make sure that no one bangs their head. As always, have fun.
