Face your opponent. As your opponent steps in and punches with the right hand, slide to your left, deflecting his punch with your right hand.  Grab his right wrist with your right hand.

Left leg round kick to the knee or pressure points or muscles on the outer thigh, depending upon the severity of the situation. After the kick, grab your opponent's right bicep with your left hand and pull him into your right forearm smash as you step down with the left.

Pull your opponent down by directing the base of his skull toward the ground.  Step back as you do this, utilizing your body weight. Finish and remain ready when your opponent is on the ground.

This was submitted as a series of sharp, crisp moves, and the technique looks good and works effectively when performed as such.  Always be careful with your partner's neck.  Practice with a loose grip, so you can get a feel for how to hold him without hurting him.  Be mindful not to drive your partner's head into the ground when practicing.  Let me know if you're still out there and enjoy the Move of the Week segment of the web site.  Have fun.
