| Face your opponent. | As your opponent steps in and punches with the right hand, slide to your left, deflecting his punch with your right hand. Grab his right wrist with your right hand. |

| Left leg round kick to the knee or pressure points or muscles on the outer thigh, depending upon the severity of the situation. | After the kick, grab your opponent's right bicep with your left hand and pull him into your right forearm smash as you step down with the left. |

| Double chop to the neck. | Grab the base of your opponent's head, and begin to step back. |

| Pull your opponent down by directing the base of his skull toward the ground. Step back as you do this, utilizing your body weight. | Finish and remain ready when your opponent is on the ground. |
This was submitted as a series of sharp, crisp moves, and the technique looks good and works effectively when performed as such. Always be careful with your partner's neck. Practice with a loose grip, so you can get a feel for how to hold him without hurting him. Be mindful not to drive your partner's head into the ground when practicing.
