Move of the Week for the week of September 8, 1997
Stand ready, facing your opponent As your opponent steps in and punches with the left hand, step forward and left with your left leg. Execute a right hand knife-hand defense.
Load and chop to the neck with both hands. Grab your opponent's head and pull him forward into a head butt. The hard part of your head (near the top of your forehead) should strike the soft part of his head (his nose). Otherwise you may sleep.
Slide in close for the takedown. You should be moving into your opponent, so your body weight is pushing him off balance. Continue the takedown by sweeping his left leg forward with your right leg. Now you can shove him back as you sweep his leg forward.
When your opponent hits the ground, you are positioned between his legs. Strike to his groin. Back away and remain ready.

Be careful with the headbutts, so you don't break your partner's nose. Make sure he knows what you're going to do, so he doesn't move into your headbutt (it happens). This is quick and dirty, so practice it with that in mind.
