Move of the Week for the Week of September 7, 1998

Face your opponent with your left leg forward. As your opponent steps in and punches with his right hand, step in and kick the punch away with a right leg inside crescent kick.
Step down with your right leg, continue pivoting counter clockwise and follow with a left leg outside crescent kick. Step in and execute double chops to the collar bone.
Step around your opponent's right leg with your right leg, placing your right hip on his right hip. Thrust your hip back as you pull your right arm forward across his chest for the takedown. Finish with an appropriate technique.

Practice to get the timing down on the first kick. Also, make sure that you use your hip to make the takedown effective.
