Your opponent grabs you in a guillotine choke with his right arm. Reach your right arm up high between you and your opponent

Drop your arm across the back of his neck and wrap tight to establish your own choke. Move your body in close to your opponent and drop your weight.

Drop quickly to the ground, pulling your opponent down with you. Roll to your back, throwing your opponent over your head.  Your right leg is between his legs and is used to throw him over the top.  The extra strike to the groin doesn't hurt either.  Maintain your choke on your opponent.  The takedown should loosen his grip on your neck.  Roll away or choke him out.

Always be careful with your partner's neck.  Practice with a loose grip, so you can get a feel for how to hold him without hurting him.  Be mindful not to drive your partner's head into the ground when practicing.  He should tuck and roll to prevent some pain.  Have fun.
