| As your opponent steps in and punches with the right hand, step in with your right foot and deflect/grab your opponent's right hand with your left hand. | Wrap your right arm under your opponent's right arm and continue pivoting counter clockwise. |

| Stick your hip back, bumping your opponent off balance or into the air and roll him off to your right side (or over the top). | Maintain contact and control of your opponent's right arm. Punch with your right hand. |

| Lift your right leg and stomp. | Pivot counter clockwise on your left foot until your opponent's right arm is braced between your legs. Pull against the elbow for an arm bar/break. |
Timing is crucial for this technique. You want to use your opponent's momentum for the takedown. If you break it down and stop before the takedown, you're missing the potential. Practice slowly to get the timing down and be careful.
