| As you bring your legs around, your opponent counters by standing up and pressing his body weight on you. | Reach your right hand to grab your opponent's right ankle and hold his right arm with your left hand. Continue to pivot counter clockwise. |

| As you continue to pivot, your opponent will be forced over for a takedown. This should flow naturally as you turn and should not require great force. | Your opponent should roll on the takedown to avoid injury. |

| Try to land your opponent close to you, so the arm bar will be effective. | Slide closer to your opponent than the picture depicts for the arm bar. The closer you are, the more effective it will be. |
