Move of the Week for the week of July 28, 1997
Your opponent is choking you from the guard position. Raise your legs, and grab the inside of your opponent's left thigh with your right hand. Hold your opponent's right hand with your left hand.
Pivot counter clockwise on your back, lifting your left leg over your opponent's head Reach with your legs and hip to position yourself for an armbar.
Pulls your hips and legs down, bringing your opponent down. He will roll to his right to the ground. Once your opponent is on the ground, execute the arm bar. Pull down on his right hand while thrusting your hips forward.

Practice with your partner to find out what will and won't work. The details make a difference. As always, use caution with the arm bars.
