| Bring your feet in and place them on or inside your opponent's hip bones. | Lift your opponent off the ground (this should be a stable position). Your right hand grabs his left shoulder while your left hand grabs his right wrist (with your thumb down). This hand position will aid in turning your partner the right direction. |

| Drop your left leg, so your opponent falls. | Pivot counter clock wise as your opponent falls. You're still holding his right arm with your left hand. As he's falling, bring your left leg around and over his head. |

| After he slaps out, roll back and away from your opponent. | Resume a ready position. |
This is a great demonstration technique because it looks impressive when your opponent is spinning around in the air, landing in an arm bar. Practice with your partner so you're both comfortable with the technique before you bring the speed up and smooth it out. If you practice enough, this can also be a practical technique. I suggest using a mat for practice (and a partner you really trust).
