| Face your opponent. | As your opponent steps in and punches with his left hand, drop to your right side and execute a left leg side kick to his groin. |

| Bring your left leg to the outside of your opponent's left leg at the knee, and your right leg to the inside of his left foot. You may use a heel kick to position your left foot if you wish. | Pivot from your right to your left side; torque at the hips. Your right foot keeps his foot in place while your left leg drives his knee to the ground. |

| Follow up with a ball round kick to the head. | Roll back to your right and to your feet, facing your opponent. |
Be careful with knees (and groins) when you practice this technique. Remember that if you're bare footed, you don't want to kick someone's head with your instep.
