Face your opponent. As he steps in and punches with his left hand, step back with your right and execute a high cross block.

Pull his hand down.  Pull him forward with your left hand as you execute a right front thrust kick to his midsection Step down with a right elbow to the head.

Drop your right arm to his waist, and lower your hips to prepare for the takedown. Drive your hips up into your opponent, bringing him up and around for the takedown.

Continue with the takedown. Finish with a reverse hand strike and back away from your opponent, remaining ready.
