| Switch hands and execute a right round kick to the mid-section | Step down in back following the kick. |

| Move forward and pivot counter-clockwise on your left leg. Jump into the air, continuing to spin. | Bring your left leg back across your opponent's chest and your right leg forward to cut under his legs. |

| Continue for the takedown. | Finish with a stomp or rolling up into a hand technique / choke. |
Practice the takedown slowly at first. Be sure your partner's arms are free, so he can slap out.
