Move of the Week for the week of June 5, 2000

Face your opponent As your opponent steps in and punches with his right hands, drop back with your right, and deflect his punch inside with your left hand.
Switch hands and execute a right round kick to the mid-section Step down in back following the kick.
Move forward and pivot counter-clockwise on your left leg.  Jump into the air, continuing to spin. Bring your left leg back across your opponent's chest and your right leg forward to cut under his legs.
Continue for the takedown. Finish with a stomp or rolling up into a hand technique / choke.

Practice the takedown slowly at first.  Be sure your partner's arms are free, so he can slap out.
