Someone grabs you from behind with a left arm choke. Drop your weight and step your left leg left, driving your right elbow into your opponent's solar-plexis.

Pivot clockwise on your left leg, lifting your opponent's left arm off your neck and pulling your head underneath. Strike back with a right hand palm heel or punch to the face.
