| Raise your legs up and lock your feet behind your opponent's head. As you do this, your thighs should press your opponent's elbows in and prevent them from bending. | Raise your hips (slowly thrust them forward) to cause fairly intense pain in your opponent. Be careful when doing this in the studio. If you're in the correct position, it won't take much to injure your partner. You can also induce pain by slowly pulling your opponent's arms apart. In a life or death situation, thrusting your hips up hard and fast should break the arms. |

Try to keep your upper back on the ground and use your hip movement to execute the technique. Practice with a partner to get the feel of where you need to be. Small changes in body positioning can lead to a big difference in the effectiveness of the technique.
