Your opponent grabs you with a one handed choke around your throat with his left hand and cocks his right hand for a punch. Left hand palm heel to your opponent's face

Reach accross your body with your left hand.  Grab your opponent's left wrist and remove with a wrist lock. Pull back with your left hand and drive forward with your right arm executing the arm bar.  Pivot counter clockwise and drive your opponent to the ground. 

As in most self-defense situations, you need to act quickly and use the element of surprise.  Keep in mind that your opponent can forward roll out of this arm bar unless the front of his shoulder is pinned tightly to the floor.
