| Get a figure 4 hold on your opponent's leg. Wrap your left arm under his right leg (perpendicular to the calf), and put your right hand on top of his leg. Your left hand should grab your right arm. | Drop to the ground and rock back to increase your opponent's pain. Brace your right leg on the inside of your opponent's left thigh. |
