This technique was designed for a testing situation. You probably
won't attempt to block a punch with a crescent kick unless your hands are
unavailable. When practicing, you can target your opponent's mid-section
with the heel kick. It's important that you not throw a technique beyond
your ability to control. It's easy to hurt someone with a heel kick, so
use caution. As always, have fun.
