| Grab your opponent's right arm or rotate the arm and grab it. Throw a right leg round kick to the mid-section. | Recoil your round kick, and throw a right leg heel kick to your opponent's head. Maintain control on that arm. |

| Step down in back after the round kick and immediately pivot clockwise. Drop to your right knee as you pivot and extend your right leg for the sweep. | Sweep your opponent's right leg forward. You want to make calf to calf contact for the takedown. If you strike your partner's leg at an angle (as opposed to sweeping his foot straight forward) you will probably hurt your partner's knee in class and may fail the takedown in the street. |

| Stand up on your right foot and round kick your fallen opponent with the left. If you're barefoot, don't kick someone in the head with your instep. | Finish with a right hand punch. |
This is a great demonstration technique for those of you with great kicks (like my testing partner here). If you don't have great kicks, you may want to move on to another technique. Have fun and watch the angle on that takedown.
