| Deliver a front snap kick to your opponent's face (if you have bare feet in an actual confrontation, you may want to think twice before hitting a hard target with your instep) | Step over your opponent's arm to put yourself in a position for an arm break. Either break on your leg, or force your opponent down and pull up for the break. |
Practice different ways of forcing your opponent into the
doubled over position (wrist locks, momentum, etc). When you find what
works best for you, have your partner resist more each time until you're
confident that the move would work in the street. You'll want to bring
your opponent's arm around quickly and use surprise to your advantage.
