| Face your opponent. | As she steps in with a left hand punch, jump off both feet and execute a jump spinning back kick with the right leg to the mid-section. |

| Land with the right leg forward and follow with a right hand chop to the neck and left hand punch to the mid-section. | Reach your right arm around behind your opponent's head. |

| Pull the head down as you continue to reach around the neck. Push their chin to the side with your right hand to turn their windpipe to the side. | Use your thumb joint to apply pressure to the vein on the side of the neck. Lean back for leverage. |

| After your partner slaps out, loosen the pressure and fall back. Your leg is between their legs. | As you roll back, push your partner up and over with your right foot. When you land head to head, both of you on your backs, you still have the hold and can re-apply pressure for another choke. |
Be very careful with the takedown. Protect your partner's neck at all times. Don't let their head hit the ground. Have fun.
