Move of the Week for the week of February 18, 2008

 

Face your opponent

As he steps in punching with his right hand, step in with your right foot, redirecting his punch with your left hand and punching his bicep with your right first.

Load your RH back for a strike.

Hammerfist strike to the ribs.
Load your RH back for another strike. Back knuckle to the temple.
Step RL forward and behind your opponent. Push your hips back for the hip throw as you bring your right arm forward across your opponent's chest. Drop him and finish as appropriate.
